Plan Each Day
Parental LeaveDesigned to give you time to bond with a new addition to your family. You have access to up to 12 weeks of paid leave to provide flexibility for bonding with your new family member. You must use your 12 weeks within 12 months of the date of birth or placement. Weeks 1-4 will be paid at 100%, and weeks 5-12 will be paid at 80%*. This plan provides expanded flexibility, allowing parents up to a calendar year from birth or placement to use the leave program.
Caregiver LeaveDesigned to support us when we need time away from work to care for a family member with a serious medical condition. A serious medical condition is one that requires inpatient treatment or continuing care from a healthcare provider. This benefit will provide up to 12 weeks of paid time off. Weeks 1-4 will be paid at 100%, while weeks 5-12 will be paid at 60%*. You can take this leave in daily, weekly, or hourly increments.
Paid Time-Off BankConserve your accrued hours in your Paid Time-Off Bank (PTOB) to use for vacations, personal time, and sick days. The rate of accrual is based on your status as either an exempt or non-exempt employee as well as years of service. If you are a non-exempt employee, you receive additional PTOB time because you do not have the same workday flexibilities as an exempt employee, such as the ability to “flex” hours during a two-week pay period
